Inspection
We check cabinets, hinges, drains, appliance motors and ducts to find where they breed.
Targeted baiting
Low-toxicity bait is placed in cracks and hinges where cockroaches feed, away from open food and utensils.
Drain and entry treatment
Drains, sink outlets and duct openings are treated so new cockroaches from neighbouring flats do not move in.
Follow-up
A second visit after two to three weeks clears the next generation that hatches from eggs.
Is it safe for my family?
Our safety approach. You do not have to empty your kitchen. Baits are placed inside cracks and hinges, not sprayed on surfaces, and our herbal spray options leave no strong smell. Keep children and pets away from treated spots for a few hours.

Is cockroach treatment safe for my kitchen?
Yes. We use low-toxicity, CIB&RC-registered baits placed inside cracks and hinges, plus herbal sprays where suitable. Nothing is sprayed on open food, utensils or counters.
Why do I still see cockroaches after treatment?
Seeing a few for one or two weeks is normal: cockroaches come out of hiding after feeding on bait. Eggs also hatch later, which is why we include a follow-up visit.
